Our dedication to excellence has been recognised by industry peers rewarding our innovative services, exceptional client relations, and commitment to sustainability. These accolades serve as a testament to the hard work and passion that our team has poured into every aspect of our business. Our first award this year was the Corporate LiveWire Innovation and Excellence Award “Virtual Assistant Agency of the Year 2023” where we were praised for our long-standing commitment to sustainability and flexible packages and commended for the commitment we have with clients who have used our services for over 5 years. We were also awarded “Virtual Assistant Agency of the Year 2023” at the Scottish Enterprise Awards being recognised for our varied team skills and adaptability and the commitment we have to working together as a team to find the best fit for our clients.
Unparalleled Growth and a New Business Manager
Our unwavering commitment to providing exceptional value to our customers has propelled us to new heights. We have witnessed a remarkable expansion, both in terms of our client base and our service offerings. This growth is a direct reflection of the trust and loyalty that our customers have placed in us. In a strategic move to elevate our business operations and drive sustainable growth, we welcomed Rachel to the team. With their extensive experience in executive assistance, Rachel has brought a fresh perspective and a wealth of knowledge that has already had a profound impact on our organisation.
A Passion for Giving Back
Beyond fostering business growth, we have also been actively engaged in giving back to the community that has supported us. We have partnered with The Trussell Trust and later The Yard, donating generously to causes that align with our values of social responsibility and environmental stewardship. In April 3 of our team members took part in a 25 mile walk to raise £720 for the Trussell Trust. Shortly after announcing The Yard as our charity partner for the year our team member Romany walked the 100 mile trek “The West Highland Way” successfully raising £770 of sponsorship for the organisation who provide a safe place for children and young adults with additional support needs to learn and play. August saw Business manager Rachel and Director Lauren volunteering at The Yard helping with maintenance and organisation of their users spaces. We can not wait to continue supporting this charity with more activities planned for 2024.
Lessons Learned and Future Goals
As we reflect on our accomplishments, we are also mindful of the lessons we have learned along the way. Embracing change, adapting to market trends, and continuously seeking innovative solutions have been key to our success. Looking ahead, we are setting ambitious goals for the coming year, aiming to further expand our reach, enhance our offerings, and deepen our commitment to making a positive difference in the world. Another thing that sets us aside from competitors is a Director who appreciates the input of our team, encouraging and facilitating 2 in person team meetings this year – a tough task for a virtual team spread throughout the UK and more.
We are incredibly grateful for the unwavering support of our clients, partners, and the community at large. Their belief in our vision has enabled us to achieve remarkable things.
