Lauren McAlpine is the Director and Virtual Assistant at LJM VA Services Ltd, an award-winning business. With over 15 years of experience in providing executive-level PA and administration support to company boards, management teams, and committees, Lauren has developed a deep understanding of the needs of businesses and executives. In January 2018, she decided to take her expertise to a new level by launching her own virtual assistant business, offering flexible administration and PA support services.
Since then, Lauren has successfully built and grown LJM VA Services Ltd, delivering tailored support across various sectors including Corporate Finance, Pensions, Recruitment, Sustainability Consultancy, Trades, and Hospitality. She is passionate about helping businesses grow and flourish, focusing on building strong relationships with her clients.

When she’s not working, Lauren loves spending time with her family, especially her three kids, alongside travel and being outdoors.
