With a strong foundation in management roles within the hospitality industry, Gillian transitioned into her role as a virtual assistant in 2018, leveraging her organisational skills and attention to detail to support busy professionals effectively. Gillian holds a HND in Administration and Information Technology, which complements her proficiency in office software and enhances her ability to manage diverse administrative tasks seamlessly.

Outside of work, Gillian most enjoys spending time with family, especially her energetic 5-year old son as well as travelling and exploring new places.
