Rachel Symington is the Business Manager at LJM VA Services, where her passion for efficiency and organisation ensures the smooth running of operations and a seamless experience for clients. With extensive experience in Executive Assistance, team management, relationship management, and business management, Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. She has a background in financial services, not-for-profit, and professional services and has recently completed her ILM Level 5 in Leadership & Management.

Outside of work, Rachel is a mum to two energetic boys who keep her busy with football games, training sessions, and endless car journeys. In her downtime, Rachel enjoys spending time with friends and family and unwinding with a good book.
